Raised in a small rural Michigan town, Jim Sheehan is a person of principal and possesses a customer first mentality. He graduated from Northwood University, with a dual bachelors in Marketing Management and Business Administration. Beginning his career & working for the largest corporation in the world, Jim quickly moved to the city and progressively started to climb the corporate ladder for the Walmart Corporation. It was then, he began to mesh his small town values/ethics with the leadership skills he was being taught by corporate America. Jim quickly adapted two core beliefs; "service to his customers" and "a continuous strive for excellence" which were clearly evident in his management style and just simply an element of his charisma. Always, looking for a challenge, Jim began dabbling in Real Estate Investing on the side and with Grand Parents, Mother and Youngest Sister all being Real Estate Professionals he became more and more enthused with the business. After identifying that similar elements from Retail success mirrored elements of success in Real Estate, Jim decided it was time to hang up his hat on a nearly two decade career in Retail Management and give Real Estate Sales a try in 2011. This idea sparked a relocation from Detroit, Michigan to North East Florida where he became licensed as a Real Estate Professional and he settled in Palm Coast.
