This is a charming home with character and hardwood floors, looking for 62+ seniors that would like to find an affordable way to spend their golden years in a comfortable home, enjoying the beach and retirement. Shared spaces include large kitchen, dining room, spacious family room/den. Laundry room is in garage, this also has an outside shower for quick clean up after the beach. Water, electric, sewer, pest control, & yard maintenance are included. This is $850 a month, $850 security deposit. There is parking for 5 cars. The rooms are only for 1 person, NO Pets, No Smoking, No Excessive Drinking, No Drugs, No Slobs, and this is not a party house for having people over frequently. We are looking for no drama people, do not except anyone accused of a felony in the last five years, no violent misdemeanors and never have been evicted.
